“Boerewors” OR Cheesegrillers on toothpick with sweet chillo sauce Boerewors = South African Farmers Sausage. Made from coarsely minced beef (sometimes combined with lamb) and spices (usually coriander seed, black pepper, nutmeg, cloves and allspice).

MAIN:
