Mobile bar
We (the Nyama team) were sitting down with a few beers wondering what people might like for 2011 onwards! After much yakking and drinking and head-scratching Johannes said, "I don't know. I give up. Maybe we should have a few beers with our customers and see what they want." Thus was born the idea of a mobile bar!

All you can drink for £10.50 + VAT per person
Nyama supplies the bar, beverage and staff. Client pays the tab up front.
How it works:
- Nyama Bar Staff will arrive about an hour before service commences to set up the Bar etc.
- Nyama would provide all the glassware.
- Nyama will provide 1 Bar Staff Member per 50 guests
- Nyama Bar Staff will provide guests with unlimited supply of beverages (see list below)
- We would require access to electricity
- The client would need to apply for a Temporary Event Notice (TEN) from the local council of where the event or party will take place. The cost for this is around £21. We would need a copy of the TEN 14 days prior to the event. Nyama would be able to assist in obtaining this.
- Minimum amount of guests = 100
Costs involved:
- NO Setup Fee

£500 + VAT deposit to be paid up front. Balance payable on / prior to Event.
- Bar and staff will be available for 7 hours (This includes 1 hour for setup and cleaning).

How it works:
- Nyama Bar Staff will arrive about an hour before service commences to set up the Bar etc.
- Nyama would provide all the glassware.
- Nyama Bar Staff will provide guests with beverages and note quantities on an Electronic Till.
- At the end of the night the Client will be presented with the Bar Tab to be paid on the day
- Limits can be set!
- We would require access to electricity
- The client would need to apply for a Temporary Event Notice (TEN) from the local council of where the event or party will take place. The cost for this is around £21. We would need a copy of the TEN 14 days prior to the event. Nyama would be able to assist in obtaining this.
- Unless otherwise agreed Nyama would be the sole supplier of alcoholic beverages on the day
- Minimum amount of guests = 100
Costs involved:
- A Setup Fee of £295 per 8ft Bar Counter (serves up to 200 guests and includes Glasses and Cooloing facilities) and £100 per Bar Staff (2 Staff members will serve 100 guests).
- A deposit of Set Up Fee + Bar Staff + £500 to be paid in advance.
- All drinks will be charged at pre determined Cost price + 10% + VAT (see below).
- Bar and staff will be available for 7 hours (This includes 1 hour for setup and cleaning). Every hour thereafter will be charged at £20 per Bar Staff Member.

- A Holding Deposit of £500 will be charged and will be paid in advance.
- If a limit of £600 is reached, the £500 Deposit will be refunded. If takings are less than £600, the client will be expected to pay the difference. ( We never had a case where the limit is not reached )
- No Debit/ Credit Card Facilities. Cash Only.

- The client would need to apply for a Temporary Event Notice (TEN) from the local council of where the event or party will take place. The cost for this is around £21. We would need a copy of the TEN 14 days prior to the event. Nyama would be able to assist in obtaining this.
Costs involved:
- A Setup Fee of £300 per 8ft Bar Counter (serves 100 guests) and £100 per Bar Staff (2 Staff members will serve 100 guests). To be paid in advance.
