Mobile bar
We (the Nyama team) were sitting down with a few beers wondering what people might like for 2011 onwards! After much yakking and drinking and head-scratching Johannes said, "I don't know. I give up. Maybe we should have a few beers with our customers and see what they want." Thus was born the idea of a mobile bar!

Special Promotion: All you can drink
Includes Beers, Wines & Soft Drinks for £16.00 + VAT per person. Client pays the tab

Nyama supplies the bar, beverage and staff. Guests will pay at the bar

An agreed amount is paid in advance by the client. As soon as the tab has been reached it becomes a Cash Bar.

Two Packages (Basic & Premium) to include Reception Drinks, Toasts, Wines on the Table and serving staff. Designed specifically with the Wedding Reception in mind.

All you can drink for £16.00 + VAT per person
Nyama supplies the bar, beverage and staff. Client pays the tab up front.
How it works:
- Nyama Bar Staff will arrive about an hour before service commences to set up the Bar etc.
- Nyama would provide all the glassware and cooling facilities.
- Nyama will provide 1 Bar Staff Member per 50 guests
- Nyama Bar Staff will provide guests with unlimited supply of beverages (see list below)
- We would require access to electricity
- The client would need to apply for a Temporary Event Notice (TEN) from the local council of where the event or party will take place. The cost for this is around £21. We would need a copy of the TEN 14 days prior to the event. Nyama would be able to assist in obtaining this.
- Minimum amount of guests = 100
- Bar and staff will be available for 7 hours (This includes 1 hour for setup and cleaning).
Costs involved:
- NO Setup Fee

25% deposit to secure. Balance payable 24hours prior to Event.

- Unless otherwise agreed Nyama would be the sole supplier of alcoholic beverages on the day
- The cash bar will be available for 7 hours (This includes 1 hour for setup and cleaning). Every hour thereafter will be charged at £20 per Bar Staff Member.
- Minimum amount of guests = 100
Costs involved:
- A Holding Deposit of £500 will be charged and will be paid in advance.
- If a limit of £600 turnover is reached, the £500 Deposit will be refunded in full. If takings are less than £600, the client will be expected to pay the difference. ( We never had a case where the limit is not reached )
- No Debit/ Credit Card Facilities. Cash Only.
