“Dealing with you was very easy, unpushy and laidback but professional. You arrived on time and the whole experience was calm and quietly organised with polite staff. The salads were very generous, one comment is that they were a bit "chunky", they could be a bit more finely chopped/ sliced, especially the onions! The hog roast itself was perfect and very flavoursome. The comments from my friends was that is wasn't dry and boring like the other hog roasts that they have been too. The truth is that some had three helpings and it is also very true that consequently they felt a little ill through their greed - seriously! All I can say is a very big thank you to you and I shall not hesitate to recommend you to all and sundry. Well done guys, it was a pleasure doing business with you!”
