Open Day - 17th of March 2012 (posted 10 February 2012)
On the 17th of March we will have another open day. We have one every couple of months (except in our busiest Summer Months where we concentrate on all the work!). Its a very informal affair where we serve up some tasty Nyama treats and take some time to have a face to face talk with potential customers. If you're interested please contact us to book your spot!

Looks like its going to be a very busy summer 2011 at Nyama. Lots and lots of people looking to get wed this year it seems, must have something to do with the Royal wedding which we are sadly not catering for! Can you believe it!

We've just put together our Christmas Menu and, even if we have to say so ourselves, it looks totally awesome! Have a look under our Menu's section where you will find a link to the Christmas Menu. If you are struggling to find a venue to host your Christmas Party and don’t want to do it at your office / home, give us a call and we can assist you, we have a whole list of venues around the UK. Book early to avoid disappointment!

Please note that these 2 dates are now fully booked and we can unfortunately not accept any more bookings for them. All other dates still have availability albeit Saturdays during the summer has very limited availability so might be a good idea to contact us before booking.
Nyama Employs New Logisitcs Manager (posted 5 March 2010)
Nyama is glad to welcome Matthew Koekemoer to head its Logistics department (well actually he will be running the whole show!) , so we are looking forward to work with Matthew and hope he will have a long and prosperous future with the company!
4 Star Scores on the Doors (posted 22 February 2010)
Nyama has received a 4 Star Rating from the South Oxford Council for our Food Hygiene Rating. Those of you familiar with these ratings will know that this is quite an achievement and we are well chuffed! Introducing Springbok Meat to our menu's (posted 5 February 2010)
We have decided to introduce Springbok Meat to our menus for 2010. Springbok meat is one of the finest and best meat types available. Fresh meat has a beautiful red colour and a fine thread. It tastes very refined, this is because springboks eat a herbal diet of various grass and leaf kinds. We will serve the Springbok on a Sosati so it will be marinated for 5 days in a wine and vinegar basting and will melt away in your mouth!

Bookings are already streaming in for the coming (hopefully soon!) summer time. So to avoid disappointment (and this is no marketing ploy!) get your 25% deposit down and be sure to add some Nyama flavour to your party.

Surely Credit Crunch Time doesn't mean no more parties/weddings, how sad would that be! In these times however it's definitely essential to consider all the alternatives and look closely to what different companies are offering compared to the price they charge. This is where Nyama feels they have the edge over competition... WHY!? Well if you had the Nyama experience before, you would already know... So why not give us a try, if you're not left with a big fat greasy, but satisfied, smile on your face, well, then you've probably not booked with NYAMA!

The way this year is flying by we thought it good to warn you that now is already the time to start booking your end of the year / Christmas catering. We already have a few bookings for the end of the year so its essential to book well in advance to avoid dissapointment. Check out our winter menus on our menu page. And hopefully we'll see you then!

At last Nyama are now moving into a bigger better premises. It seems that every year we out grow our Work Space, lets hope this one will last us a while! We'll post some pics of our new spot shortly.

Welcome to our new and improved website. We've been working for almost a year in order to perfect it and make it as nice looking, informative and user friendly as possible. So please let us know what you think..good or bad, any input is always much appreciated.
What the New Year holds? (posted 1 January 2008)
In 2008 Nyama are looking to: start mechandising the secret Nyama B(raai)BQ sauce; start selling our unique Spit Roaster machinery, both for commercial and household puroposes; succesfully open and running our sister company www.organic-hogroast.co.uk; maybe look into franchising into Ireland; and through it all keeping our loyal and new customers happy.. Yip, its going to be another busy year with much to look forward to!

Yet again we have exceeded expectations for summer 2007. Looking at how many satisfied clients we have fed this summer it seems to be almost doubled up since 2006. Thanks to you! Our faithfull customers, you came back for more and obviously told a few friends about us as well.. Thanks again.
